Located in one of the oldest buildings in downtown Salem, our old world style brick oven and bakery offer you a rare opportunity to slow down and enjoy our fresh brewed organic shade-grown, fair trade coffee along with delicious scones, coffeecake, danish, and many other delicious baked goods. The smell of piping hot breads coming out of the hand-built brick oven add to the charm.
